Esperanto-Societo de la Karolinoj kaj Virginio

A Brief History

The Esperanto Society of the Carolinas and Virginia was founded about 1987, only 100 years after the language itself. It has organized various regional meetings, hosted in 1991 the U.S. national convention, and from time to time has published a newsletter. It still meets at leas annually, and in 2008 we intended to become more active.

Email Discussion Lists

The Society has an email discussion list you can join either via the web page http://groups.yahoo.com/group/eskv or by sending any email (even a blank one) to eskv-subscribe@yahoogroups.com After joining you will be able to send messages to all other members of the group at the address eskv@yahoogroups.com.

There is also a separate list for the group in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area of North Carolina. Becoming a member is very similar, either using the web page http://groups.yahoo.com/group/eskv or the email address eskv-subscribe@yahoogroups.com
